As brothers growing up in the Cleveland area, we were always close – and knew we wanted to work together someday.  When we decided to start a family business, we chose what we do best: carpentry.

Shaun learned how to frame houses during high school. After serving in the Marine Corps, Corey and Trevor followed his lead – and formed a framing and roofing business.

When clients raved about the quality of our work and kept asking us back, the business soared. In 1993 we formed Brady III Custom Homes & Remodeling. We quickly learned a golden rule: this business is not just about building houses – it’s about building relationships.

Clients are still delighted with what we do – and continue to call us back. From custom homes and remodeling to commercial and multi-family … we’re known for integrity, expertise and value.
