| After a lengthy and thorough search for someone to remodel our 40 year old kitchen, we selected Brady III because of its impecable reputation and creative design proposal. Corey’s design took our kitchen into the 21st century by opening up walls and seamlessly blending three rooms into a more open and inviting living arrangement. He took our dark “cave” and made it a sunny and inviting space in which it is a pleasure to cook and entertain. Brady III was extremely helpful guiding our selections so that we could stay within our budget while at the same time achieve our dream kitchen. Throughout the construction process the entire team remained respectful of our home by thoroughly cleaning up before they left and sealing off the rest of the house to contain the debris. | Brady3 Construction was a lucky find for us that happened purely by conincidence! Yet a chance meeting with Corey Brady turned into one of the most satisfying construction experiences that my husband and I have ever had! We have built three homes from the ground up and remodeled one other. This remodeling experience with Brady3 Construction was the best of all! Not only was working with Corey Brady a delightful and fun experience, it was a thoroughly professional one. Corey was flexible and desired to please us as well as provide us with the best possible outcome. He and his crews provided impeccable workmanship. They delivered exactly what was promised in a timely manner. Both my husband and I work and were out of the home each day, so we relied on Corey to manage every detail. We trusted our home to him and found each day upon our return that the work that had been promised was completed and everything was cleaned up and very neat. Nothing was damaged and our home was treated as a home and not as a construction site throughout the time that the work was being done. At the conclusion of the work, anything on our "punch" list was completed to our satisfaction. We replaced several door knobs to the exterior of the house at this time; and, come to find out, these knobs and locks had a design flaw. Corey made many extra trips to our home to try to fix them! This was only one example of how he went above and beyond to provide quality service to one of his customers. We dealt with roofers, painters, electricians, plumbers,trim carpenters, and an interior decorator in this remodeling experience. All of them were excellent! We love our new kitchen and all of the others changes that we made to our home in this process. These days we have found that "partner" is overused to describe most relationships between consumers and service provider. That is certainly not the case in our experience with Brady III. Brady III's professionalism, skill, attention to detail and follow-up exceeded our expectations in every way.
